It was founded under the name of AM Aviation Services Inc. in Gaithersburg, Maryland in 1997 by Mr. Adenaw Indeshaw and Mrs. Mulumebet Lemma, who have more than 40 years Airlines experience and acquired extensive knowledge and experience in airline industry. AM Aviation Services has moved to a new location, headquartered in Alexandria, Virginia and has been registered as AM Aviation Solutions Inc. The company is currently run by Mr. Bekele Berhanu, the Managing Director, who has a wide-ranging airline experience, and Mrs. Frehiwot D. Biru, the Finance Director. The company is engaged in a wide array of commercial aircraft component parts, exchange services, overhaul services, representation, supplying consumable parts and ground support equipments, airframe and related parts.
